Isidoro stellino is a small producer from West of Sicily and its owner Valentina has traveled the world picking the best ingredients to craft the perfect chocolate bar. This bar is 70% dark chocolate from the Ecuador, the variety is called Arriba Superior Summer.
This chocolate is uniquely made: instead of using cacao mass the beans of cacao are manually toasted and ground in stone.
Moreover, this bar is single origin chocolate AND single origin cocoa butter. Valentina
It makes the chocolate not only deliciously smooth and rich in taste but also a guilt-free treat. And if that doesn't elevate your chocolate eating habit, we don't know what will!
The recipe for this chocolate is ever-changing, depending on the quality and taste of each individual batch of beans. Valentina is aging the chocolate and just like in winemaking, aging lets the chocolate’s deep flavor to develop. Obviously, this costly process is hopped by the mainstream of chocolate makers but for Isidoro stellino is extremely important to preserve the original flavor characteristic even if it means a price compromise
